The page provides links to terms and conditions and other information / resources when you or your company procures services from LumApps or sells goods / services to LumApps. This page also contains links to policies that outline how LumApps delivers services to its customers as well as policies that we expect our suppliers to abide by.

1. LumApps General Terms and Conditions
The LumApps General Terms and Conditions set out the conditions on which LumApps agrees to supply and Customers agree to receive access to the LumApps employee experience platform.

2. Professional Services Terms and Conditions
The LumApps Professional Services Terms and Conditions should be read alongside a statement of work that sets out the professional services (such as the deployment of the LumApps employee experience platform) that LumApps will deliver.

3. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
The LumApps Data Processing Agreement sets out the terms and conditions applicable to the processing by LumApps of the personal data of its customers’ authorized users.

4. LumApps Subcontractors and Sub-processors
This link contains a list of the subcontractors and sub-processors (for the purposes of data protection legislation) that LumApps engages in order to deliver services to its customers. This page should be read alongside the DPA.

5. LumApps Service Level Agreement (SLA)
The LumApps SLA sets out the level of availability that customers can expect for the LumApps employee experience platform.

6. Support Services Policy – Direct Sales to LumApps Customers
LumApps provides its customers with support in the event that there are any Incidents (as defined in the Support Services Policy) relating to the LumApps employee experience platform.

7. Support Services Policy – Support Services for Solution Providers
LumApps provides solution providers (or value added resellers) with support in the event that there are any Incidents (as defined in the Support Services Policy) relating to the LumApps employee experience platform used by End Customers.

8. Service Specific Terms
Certain LumApps customers procure specialist functionality for the LumApps employee experience platform or use the employee experience platform in jurisdictions that require a slightly different configuration. The ‘Specific Services’ will appear as a separate line item on the Order Form signed by LumApps customers to acquire LumApps services.

Other policies and terms

9. LumApps Privacy Policy
The LumApps Privacy Policy sets out the information LumApps is required to provide data subjects on how LumApps processes their personal data.

10. Annual Price Increase - Applicable Consumer Price Index
A table containing the percentage price increase that may be applied by LumApps to Subscription Fees and the reference Applicable Consumer Price Index that forms the basis on which any price increase will be applied.  

11. LumApps SDK Terms Of Use
The LumApps SDK Terms of Use sets out the conditions on which Customers and partners can access and use LumApps SDK to create Extensions (as defined in the SDK Terms of Use)  and make them available on LumApps marketplace.

12. LumApps Proof of Concept Terms and Conditions
The LumApps Proof of Concept (POC) Terms and Conditions set out the conditions on which LumApps agrees to deliver a proof of concept (via an Internal Comms POC or a Technical POC) to the Customer.
