LumApps appoints Alfred Saad as Chief Revenue Officer and Jeremy Robbins as Senior Vice President, Sales, North America
Austin, Texas, January 21, 2022 – LumApps, a leading global employee experience platform, has announced the appointment of Alfred Saad as Chief Revenue Officer and Jeremy Robbins as Senior Vice President, Sales in the U.S. The veteran leaders join LumApps following another year of double-digit revenue growth and will drive the continued momentum as the company continues to expand globally.
“Alfred and Jeremy bring a wealth of experience to supplement our already very successful global team,” said Sebastien Ricard, CEO at LumApps. “Not only do they bring deep knowledge and expertise in key vertical sectors that are critical to our worldwide expansion, but also a clear idea about the evolving requirements of our customer base, through multiple strategic, channel, and enterprise sales roles. They will be a tremendous asset as we continue to execute on our growth strategy.”
Alfred joins LumApps with more than 20 years experience in the technology solutions industry, including a strong track record of sourcing and shaping the best talents, managing ecosystems of large software- and SaaS-based international IT businesses, and a sharp understanding of the customer journey.
Highly accomplished and analytical, Alfred comes to LumApps from his most recent position as SVP and General Manager EMEA at Axway (Euronext: AXW.PA), where he drove significant revenue growth and sales results. Saad has also held senior leadership positions for multi-nationals across EMEA, most notably more than eight years with Dassault Systems most recently as Vice President, WW Cloud Sales and Marketplace, forging trust and lasting partnerships with clients and external partners.
“LumApps is a globally expanding organization recognized by customers, partners, and leading industry analysts as a leader in the employee experience market thanks to its unique positioning as a tailored solution to each employee’s needs” stated Alfred. “I personally see great opportunities – especially given LumApps’ people-centric strategy and the strategic alliances it has forged to offer wider business value to end users.”
To fuel LumApps’ international growth ambitions in the U.S, Jeremy Robbins has also joined the company as Senior Vice President of Sales for North America. Previously Sales Director for the Midwest region at Workday for eight years, Robbins spent two years as VP Sales at Bright, leading sales for the U.S. healthcare vertical at the company. Most recently, he worked for Acquire as VP Sales for major enterprise accounts.
At LumApps, Robbins will create go-to-market strategies to significantly increase sales efficiency with the goal of achieving double growth in 2022. In addition to refining sales processes and leading a demand and sales program to sell LumApps to large enterprise organizations in the U.S., Robbins’ main mission will be to help scale the company and accelerate its commercial development, as well as expand into the retail, health, manufacturing and CPG industries.
“At a time when technological evolution and digital transformation are perceived as essential in the new, all-digital world, LumApps is an innovative solution with a great human value proposition: connecting all employees from top managers to field workers. I am happy to join the LumApps’ team and implement strategic business initiatives with the aim of supporting growth on an international scale,” said Jeremy Robbins, SVP, Sales at LumApps.
