Opera Ballet Vlaanderen's intranet experience with LumApps

Opera Ballet Vlaanderen is the largest institution in the Flemish cultural sector. In their theatres in Antwerp and Ghent, they produce classic opera, ballet repertoire and creations by some of the world’s leading artists. The mission for the 900 employees and artists working together is to inspire the widest possible audience with performing arts.

Opera Ballet Vlaanderen builds on their success with LumApps and Devoteam G Cloud

Opera Van Vlaanderen (OBV) employees work toward the mission of inspiring a wide audience by working together, but their team was working in silos with information scattered across applications. OBV worked with LumApps and Devoteam G Cloud to centralize information, consolidate platforms, and improve knowledge sharing for full-time and seasonal employees.

We chose LumApps because there was a good integration with the Google directory and because we could add external users so that we do not have to give all temporary employees a google account. Another important point was that we can send newsletters from LumApps.
