LumApps Wins a second Award from TrustRadius with the 2022 Summer Best Relationship Award in the Intranet Software category
TrustRadius has once again recognized LumApps with its Summer Award, this time with the 2022 Best Relationship Award. The Best Relationship Award recognizes software products for staying true to their promises.
This award highlights companies that provide their customers with accurate implementation expectations, solid follow-through on sales and marketing promises, and provide enough ROI to buy the program again. Best Relationship Award winners received a minimum of ten TrustRadius reviews between January 1 and June 30, 2022, and those reviews featured key insight questions about how customers interact with the product.
Winners also had to rank in the top three positions of their category based on percentage of positive responses. The TrustRadius research team performed extra vetting and analysis as necessary.
