The Challenge

Over a span of four years, Mérieux NutriSciences rapidly increased the size of their workforce. To support the growth of the company, the internal communications team needed a new system to link all employees worldwide, whether they worked in a lab or in an office. The group’s needs were very straightforward for the new platform: Multilingual capability To adapt to each country’s workforce Simple and easy navigation So that every employee enjoys using it G Suite integration To fit with their preexisting work tools Graphic design To align with Mérieux NutriSciences’ visual identity Easy administration So that local managers relaying internal communications can administrate autonomously

A central tool in our communication strategy. LumApps administration is very simple, even for business users. After a few hours training, collaborators can edit content, which is, for most of them, a new skill. MXNS Connect is definitely a central tool in our internal communication strategy uniting all Mérieux NutriSciences employees. We decided recently to go one step further by launching LumApps social to encourage interactions between peers and collaboration.
