Publicis Sapient wins Nielsen Norman Group’s Best Intranet 2022 Award for its interface quality, created by LumApps
We are proud to announce that one of our flagship customers, Publicis Sapient, has won the Nielsen Norman Group’s Best Intranet 2022 Award. This award is the result of an in-depth collaboration between LumApps and Publicis Sapient.

Why Publicis Sapient won a Nielsen Norman Group’s Best Intranets of 2022 Award
Publicis Sapient and LumApps began their collaboration in 2019 to create their digital HQ, VOX, which stands for “Voice of the people.”

The LumApps and Publicis Sapient partnership
Publicis Sapient’s previous intranet was 10 years old. It was full of information, but most of which had become obsolete and cluttered. Employees found it difficult to find information they needed for work. The lack of effective knowledge sharing was a barrier for communication, collaboration, and culture within the organization. Publicis Sapient leveraged LumApps to reorganize their content and simplify how employees access their business-critical tools.
LumApps performed a migration of the old site, eliminating obsolete content, adding content lifecycle capabilities and creating “Vox”. This digital HQ allows internal communication teams to disseminate targeted information and provide a personalized employee experience. It contributes to fostering corporate culture and employee engagement by allowing them to share their knowledge. Finally, it fosters collaboration by intelligently connecting employees to each other regardless of their jobs, and by providing access to the tools necessary for their productivity.
