Unlike some of our competitors, LumApps is a true enterprise grade content management system (CMS) and a standalone product that doesn’t require additional foundational software to get up and running. This enables us to take on the biggest challenges that HR and Internal Communications teams might face.

This involves growing the range of 'get work done' tools within the application itself. In addition to being able to incorporate functionalities from other applications, LumApps will increasingly be able to serve as a portal and interface for enriching employee training and engagement experiences.
And, of course, we are implementing AI in interesting ways - from powerful search to automated text-to-speech and content recommendations, we are building in AI in a way that helps employees spend less time on HR-type tasks and makes sense for how employees want to get work.
Our recent acquisition of an online learning platform will enable us to increase our commitment to offering innovative learning and training solutions to those using our technology.
The possibilities here are rich. Whether we’re providing information sessions and quiz type evaluations for new hires, or delivering in-house training and assessment around health and safety requirements for existing employees,
LumApps will increasingly become a hub not just for employee communication but also for ongoing employee reskilling, upskilling and learning.
The educational component is a strong new driver for our company and our product. It offers a modern way to communicate and keep employees engaged.
